Goals and requirements
- The PED website will serve as the most visible presence and primary communications channel for the agency, especially as it applies to conveying critical information regarding changes concerning COVID-19;
- The PED website will serve multiple constituencies within a user-friendly framework that is easy to navigate and prioritizes high-use resources and information;
- The PED website will serve as the host site and gateway for critical data microsites (STARS, EngageNM, Vistas, Sharepoint, School Financial Reporting Portal [SB96], etc.);
- The PED website will be used by multiple constituencies through linguistically accessible and easy-to-find portals;
- Incorporate sitewide search function and SEO;
- Differentiated content based on log-in credentials;
- Meet accessibility standards (multilingual, ADA compliances).

The contractor will submit the project plan to the procuring agency for review and approval. The Contractor Project Manager shall submit bi-weekly project status reports, documenting project progress, meetings, issues, etc. to the Procuring Agency on a date mutually agreed to by both parties. |
