Vaccine Registration System for the State of New Mexico

Poject Description:
The COVID-19 Vaccine application is a centralized
public health module built to streamline the COVID-19 vaccine rollout within
states, counties, and communities.
Many states struggled with COVID-19 vaccine distribution. Citizens struggled to
know where and when an they could schedule an appointment to get a vaccine. New
Mexico created a centralized system that made the distribution of vaccine
incredibly efficient and equitable. The effort to centralize the distribution of
vaccine was led by the Department of Health and was a partnership between the
state and healthcare providers. This innovative approach proved to be extremely
successful.
As a result, New Mexico was one of the fastest states to vaccinate it’s
population and continues to be a national leader in vaccine administration.
Road Advisory System for the State of New Mexico
Client: New Mexico Department of Transportation | 2008 - Present
Poject Description:
The New Mexico Department of Transportation needed
a system to communicate road conditions and relevant information to individuals
traveling throughout the state.
A web-based solution was developed to address the need. The system is highly
intuitive and user friendly. It integrates with multiple third party data feeds
to give travelers information in real time.
The application won an international award in creativity and innovation, and
Real Time Solutions was named an ESRI Business Partner of the Year.

Client: New Mexico Early Childhood Education & Care Department | 2022 -

Poject Description:
The New Mexico Early Childhood Education and Care
Department needed a system to capture and report positive COVID cases and close
contacts within programs across the state.
A web-based reporting system was developed to address the need. The system
allows childcare programs to quickly report positive cases and close contacts to
the state. The state can use that data to inform their operational response to
keeping programs as safe as possible.
The application is used by over 600 providers that have reported thousands of
cases and close contacts. As a result the state is able to use this information
to ensure policies are put into to place that keep our kids and providers as
safe as possible.
