A Land Sale to purchase Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD) excess right-of-way or disposable
land is pursuant to MRGCD Rule 21 Land Sales Policy. Ongoing title transfer negotiations with Federal
Government is limiting available lands for disposal.

- You understand that application submission does not guarantee request approval.
- You have read and understand MRGCD Rule No. 21 Land Sales Policy and your request is within the parameters of this policy.
- You agree to abide by all MRGCD rules and regulations.
- You understand that the license application fee is non-refundable, even if your request is denied.
