License Application
A License is required for the installation and maintenance of infrastructure within the Middle Rio Grande
Conservancy District (MRGCD) rights-of-way, including buried and aerial utilities, culverts, and bridge
crossings. Typical processing period is 8-12 weeks.

Standard Application Requirements:
- Complete application
- Letter of Request
- Vicinity Map
- Project plans or drawings
- $200 non-refundable processing fee
All installation must be made per MRGCD standard specifications.
Standard Specifications:Please note: Contractors making installations of licensed infrastructure are required to obtain a special use license.
