Special Use License Application

A Special Use License is required for temporary use of Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD) rights-of-way for construction, pumping (in/out), research, commercial boating, filming, special events, and special activities. Typical processing time is 1-2 weeks.

Please note contractors making installations of licensed infrastructure are required to obtain a special use license.

Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the
“Middle Rio Grande Conservancy District” as additionally insured

W-9 for the deposit refund (if applicable)
